Permanent residence

Permanent residence allows you to live and work in the United States indefinitely. There are a limited number of ways to become a permanent resident, and most of the processes take several months at least. For this reason, if you desire to live permanently in the United States, you may need to seek a temporary/nonimmigrant status first.

If you qualify for permanent residence abroad, you will be coming to the United States on an immigrant visa. If you are here, you will be "adjusting status" in most cases.

The areas in which we assist with permanent residence:

Family
Labor certifications
Religious workers
Diversity visa lottery
NACARA (Salvadorans and Guatemalans)
VAWA (abused spouses and children)
